Joe trained with Deloitte and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011. Prior to joining Andco in 2017 he was Head of Finance for a mid-tier Isle of Man trust and corporate service provider and pension scheme administrator. Joe leads the strategic direction of the company, oversees business operations and in particular the client accounting function, and ensures the highest standards of client service.

Robin has been working in the Isle of Man’s financial services sector for the past 20 years, having graduated from Lancaster University with an MSc in Business Management. Robin is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and has gained extensive fiduciary and corporate experience having spent periods of employment with each of the islands three largest trust & corporate service providers, dealing with the establishment and ongoing maintenance of various forms of family trusts and commercial real estate holding structures.

Robin’s customer service, and “can do” approach have seen him previously named in ePrivate Client’s Top 35 under 35, and featured in CityWealth Magazine’s list of Isle of Man Future Leaders.

Rico is a Certified Public Accountant. He has more than 11 years’ combined experience in both external audit and accounting practice. Before joining Andco in 2019, he spent 4 years with KPMG in the Isle of Man and 3 years with PwC in the Philippines where he specialised in the financial services sector. Rico is responsible for the accounting and tax compliance of our client portfolio.
